France-based manufacturer of ductile iron pipe systems Saint-Gobain PAM has launched a new range of IZIFIT fittings that is designed for HDPE and PVC pipes in the Middle East market

High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) pipes are strong, durable and flexible, ideal for a range of industrial applications such as municipal, industrial, energy, geothermal, landfill and more. Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) is lightweight plastic, which is used primarily in construction and as piping in water distribution systems.

According to the company, IZIFIT fittings have been tested and designed in accordance with stringent methods and standards. Special tests were performed by the company to guarantee reliability even in high temperatures as commonly found in the Middle East, added the company.

Saint-Gobain PAM noted, ?These fittings are delivered with their gaskets pre-fitted, making on-site installation easier and allowing projects to be on schedule. IZIFIT fittings display a wide range of universal fittings that include bends, tees, flange spigots, tapers, stoppers and semi-sliding collars. In addition to the comprehensive range, these fittings can be used for anchored and non-anchored connections regardless of the type of fitting.?

The integral handle and the multiple contact points on IZIFIT fittings make its assembly easier. The anchoring system of IZIFIT fittings offer quick and easy installation. They can also be connected to other types of water pipes making it an easy solution for HDPE or PVC water distribution networks.
