Avaya appoints new general manager



GLOBAL SUPPLIER OF business communications applications, systems and services, Avaya, has announced the appointment of Fadi Hani as general manager for Saudi Arabia. Hani will be responsible for the daily management and reporting on all areas of Avaya?s activities in the kingdom.

Hani will execute Avaya?s business development strategies, drive sales and marketing activities and build and maintain relationships with channel partners to enable the successful delivery of the company's Intelligent Communications. ?This is a crucial time for organisations in the Middle East to evaluate their current investments,? said Hani.

A computer science graduate from the Lebanese American University, Hani has over 13 years of experience in the Middle East region in software development, business applications and underlying technologies. Hani was previously sales director in MENA for Avaya?s contact centre business.
