Manufacturer of attachments for all kinds of construction equipment OM took to The Big 5 Heavy 2018 platform to identify more dealers in the UAE
Speaking with Technical Review Middle East at the show, OM general manager Omer Kadakal said, ?Dubai is the intersection when many global giants meet from all across the globe and we want to be a part of this market. We are the top and the only manufacturers of big buckets in Turkey for more than two decades and we would like to continue that streak in this part of the region.?
At The Big 5 Heavy that took place from 26-28 March 2018, OM showcased attachments for excavators and loaders. OM also produces arms and booms, quick couplers, breaker tines, forks and rippers for all types of loaders and excavators for brands like Hitachi Construction Machinery, CAT, Komatsu, Volvo, Liebherr, Sumitomo, to name a few.
Kadakal added that with a production capacity of more than 1,000 buckets up to 30 cu/m a year from its manufacturing facility in Kocaeli Province in Turkey, the company is well-placed to export its offerings to any part of the world. As of 2017, OM was serving 15 countries worldwide.
Customisation is the key, according to Kadakal. ?We are able to produce any type or size of buckets. Furthermore, we are the only one who can manufacture big buckets in Turkey, even in this region. This is our strength. We can also customise solutions for different clients ? even if it were offshore.?
Selling mostly via dealers in every country, Kadakal is optimistic that The Big 5 Heavy can help him get access to more dealers in Dubai and increase OM?s sales turnover.
