Serco wins facilities management contract in Abu Dhabi

Serco, an international service provider of outsourced services, has received a contract from Aldar Properties PJSC to deliver integrated facilities services for various Aldar properties in Abu Dhabi

The contract has been awarded for a period of five years, said Serco.

Joe Boyle, managing director of integrated facilities services sector at Serco Middle East, stated that with this contract, Serco aims to develop long-standing partnerships with Aldar and looking forward to expanding its business across the region.

The Aldar facilities management contract builds on Serco Middle East?s existing FM presence across multiple sectors including education, healthcare, defence and commercial real estate and on the company?s 70-year plus presence in the region.

Serco is a global public sector expert specialising in the delivery of public services across defence, transport, justice, immigration, health and other citizen services. In the Middle East, Serco employs more than 4,500 people across five countries including Bahrain, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and the UAE.
