Qatar Industrial Manufacturing Company (QIMC) has signed a contract with Hill International Company to manage the design stage of its Corniche tower project
The proposed tower will be located on the Corniche Road in Doha and will replace Hill International's present headquarters, a QIMC spokesman revealed recently.
A Gulf News report stated that the signing ceremony was attended by QIMC CEO Abdul Rahman al-Ansari and Hill International Middle East operations CEO Mohammed al-Rayes.
"As part of this contract, we will start the design phase and secure the required permits to build a multi-purpose tower of 25 to 30 floors on the current building land," said al-Ansari.
Al-Rayes added, "We will use our international experience and our local know-how to complete the design and licensing phases optimally and within the agreed deadlines."
