Etihad Rail awards US$900mn rail contract

Etihad Rail has awarded a US$900mn civil and track works contract to an Italian-UAE joint venture as the first phase of UAE?s national railway network gets underway.

Rail link between Jeddah, Dammam, Jubail approved

The Cabinet meeting, presided over by King Abdullah, approved the construction of the railway line which will link the western part of the Kingdom on the Red Sea coast to its eastern part on the Arabian Gulf.
